How Everything begin:

Sacramento Bible TruckStop ministry was started at the beginning of 2012, when the Sacramento 49er Truckstop currently serving Chaplin at that time for Transport For Christ Chapel trailer, has made a public and personal request for volunteers that were needed in order to fill some of the service schedules for Evangelical work among truck drivers and any visitors.

Approximately 7 years into the ministry of us involved, all of the volunteers had received a notice from the headquarters of TFC that a few locations were planning to be closed due to some of the TFC’s internal decisions.

Our Slavic Gospel Church had two volunteers that spent much time and effort there, evangelizing and serving the truckers’ community for a long period of time, was saddened by the news of the closure, decided to prayerfully pursue the option to purchase the trailer.
After seeking agreement from the TruckStop management, the TFC has made a sale of the Chapel trailer to our Church for the agreeable price.

Currently, there are over 10 volunteers, and the Chapel Trailer is open twice a week for services and needs that the Truckings community may have.

The Chapel also provides a 24/7 Chat online and an emergency contact phone number for anything urgent.
